Anchorvale CC’s Make-A-Wish annual event

For four years in a row, Mind Stretcher has been supporting needy families and their children from Anchorvale constituency in the annual Make-A-Wish event. This event allows for these children to pen down what they wish to receive as their Christmas presents.

Through donations contributed by Mind Stretcher and a few other donors, these children and their families enjoyed a fun-filled morning at the Community Club, watching an entertaining Clown Show followed by savoring a sumptuous buffet spread of finger foods.

The Guest-of-Honour, Dr Lam Pin Min graced the event and gave a speech, thanking the community club’s Women’s Executive Committee and sponsors, making the event a possible and successful one. He also presented gifts to all the children individually on stage. The children were appreciative and even drew Thank You cards, to express their heart-felt gratitude.
